I just wanted to do something special for the nurses. I have an hour before we must leave for the hospital. It will be my first ride in the little invalid car. It’s purpose is to take me to the hospital with my baby. Leaving help and assistance out of the picture. I am a highly independent person who rarely asked ( in the past) for help. I am trying to remain as functional as possible.
To the good hospital staff, I am grateful every day of my life, and this small token of appreciation is nothing compared to the love and support I receive from them.
